Mark has spent his entire life around the company. He is the current owner and son of Henry Eppel Jr. Mark attended Iowa State University and is a licensed Civil Engineer.

Andrew has also spent his life around the company. He is the son of Mark. Andrew attended Illinois State University where he received his degree in Construction Management. He has been with the company in a full time capacity since 2009.

Tim has been with the company for the last 20 years. He is the Quality Control Manager for aggregates and asphalt. Tim is also the Plant Manager and is in charge of asphalt production. He has numerous certifications from the Illinois Department of Transportation.

Nicole organizes and coordinates office operations and procedures including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and a number of other administrative functions. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and has been with the company since 2010.

Kathy is a payroll clerk and also supports a wide variety of administrative functions. She is a life long resident of Pontiac and has been with the company since 2012
